Main Hall
Main Hall /Side Room: $175 per hour (two-hour minimum) Rental includes use of tables, chairs, stage, and dance floor. Midnight is the closure time for rentals.
Reservation Deposit: Reservation deposit of $100 is fully refundable if you cancel 30 days before
the event, within 30 days, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
Set up fees: $100 (we require our professional staff to set up)
Cordless Microphone: $25
Damage Deposit: $ 400
Renter is required to abide by all rental rules for full damage deposit refund. If not all rules are followed a portion or all of damage deposit may not be refunded.
Security Guard: $22.50/hour for one guard up to 100 guests attending event and $41/ hour for two guards up to 215 guests attending event (required when serving alcohol).
Alcohol Policy: Security Guards Required
If alcohol is being provided, a Banquet permit is required from the Washington State Liquor Control Board.
If alcohol is being sold, tenant must arrange for a caterer with a liquor license to do the selling.
A licensed security service is required when alcoholic beverages are served.
Maximum Occupancy: With tables and chairs set up is 215 people. Without any tables and chairs is 360 people. (per City of Arlington Fire Department)
