A quiet oasis in the heart of Redmond, our location offers convenient access to the surrounding areaâs attractions and amenities. We are just a half hour from both Seattle and SeaTac International Airport, so you and your guests can spend less time traveling and more time celebrating. Family-owned and operated, Trillium Nursery Farm features rustic barns and a charming cottage more than 100 years old. We have invested our hearts and souls into preserving the history of each original structure while incorporating modern elements for your utmost comfort. Our primary indoor space, the Grand Barn can accommodate up to 120 guests and features a preparation kitchen, outdoor bar, and covered dance floor patio to party the night away. Our Windmill Barn & Patio features our Bridal Suite upstairs, an intimate lounge and bar downstairs, and an outdoor patio all around. Our Pergola & Trillium Pond is perched atop an acre of exquisitely manicured lawn, our pond and water feature offer a stunning backdrop for your outdoor event up to 150 guests. Additionally, our onsite Trillium Cottage can be rented separately. It sleeps seven with an open kitchen, and thoughtful details throughout. This is perfect for out of town guests.

Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?▼

Yes, we can fit up to 100 cars onsite.

Does the venue offer on-site catering options?▼

We do not, but you are able to bring in any licensed vendor that you choose! We also have three hook up locations for food trucks.

Does the venue have a liquor license?▼

No, you must either provide a Banquet permit, or purchase alcohol through a licensed catering company.

What is included in the venue rental cost?▼

Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?▼

No, we offer an event supervisor for venue logistics, but not coordination. Please bring in your own team for that.

How much does it cost to rent the venue?▼

Event pricing is as follows, 3 hour minimum: Full Facility Monday - Thursday $600/hr Friday - Sunday $1,000/hr Windmill Barn & Patio Monday - Thursday $300/hr Friday - Sunday $450/hr Grand Barn Monday - Thursday $500/hr Friday - Sunday $700/hr Inquire for wedding pricing.

Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?▼

We do have a preferred vendors list, but are open to anyone else you would like to work with for your event.
