The historic Golden Gardens Bathhouse, located just west of the Ballard district and within the famed Golden Gardens Park, was constructed in the 1930s and is a must-see attraction. In the winter, the bathhouse is kept warm by independent heating, while in the summer, it is kept cool by cross ventilation. The Main Hall can comfortably accommodate up to 140 seated people, and it can accommodate up to 295 standing visitors for a standing-room-only event in its entirety. The Main Hall has a cathedral ceiling with numerous skylights that allow plenty of natural light to stream into the room.
