By means of Texas, we have brought the art of smoking true authentic barbecue to its pinnacle of achievement. Everything, even the wood and the rubs, is brought up from Texas. We handmake our sausage and hot links, and some of our meats come from grass-fed animals and are smoked for up to 22 hours. Love and perfect timing are essential to the success of ours! The following is a list of some of the items that may be ordered in order to personalize your menu! 22 hour smoked brisket barbecued beef ribs for 12 hours 5 hours of smoking for the tri tip pulled pork that has been smoked for 12 hours. 10 hour smoked spareribs 6 hour smoked jerk chicken Handmade sausages There are corn dogs and hot dogs. Catfish fried in batter chops of pork fried in oil Smoked or grilled salmon Sides- Loaded There are a variety of dishes available, including baked beans, smoked mac and cheese, waffle fries, mashed potatoes, veggies, corn on the cob, and more. We are also able to accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets! We are also able to provide catering services for both intimate private gatherings and expansive public festivals, where we may serve hundreds of people in a very short length of time. C. Davis is available for meals in the morning, afternoon, and evening! In addition, we have TVs and karaoke for you to enjoy as we serve you the greatest barbecue in the area.
